Aspen Brain Health changed my life at school and at home. I'm 16. I didn't want a diagnosis, or medication, but was having trouble focusing and paying attention at school. I lost my temper easily. The brain testing they did pinpointed which part of my brain was acting up, and they educated me on how that part worked and how to fix it, naturally. My brain functioning since starting a very specific to me supplement protocol is night and day. My grades are up, my sports performance is improved, and I have more calm, focus and am happier and more optimistic. I can't bear to think how things might have ended up for me without this program.
